Stocked items generally process in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and decorated products need 5–10 business days before shipment. After carrier pickup, transit is typically about 3–7 business days for standard or about 2 business days for express; timing can vary by supplier and destination.

Returns
Most eligible standard, non-custom products may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include original packaging. Approved customer-choice returns have a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping. Made-to-order and decorated products are final sale.
