Add a backup camera or CAN-activated camera to your factory radio screen with the AXAC LVDS camera switching interface from Axxess. Designed for select vehicle applications with 7 inch factory displays this plug-n-play solution supports a single camera input or up to four cameras for expanded visibility and control. The AXAC package includes the interface and a vehicle-specific harness for clean factory style integration. Camera views activate automatically through CAN Bus communication during reverse or turn signal operation or can be manually selected when used with an aftermarket radio. The Rear Video Assistant (RVA) option allows a camera to remain active for the duration of a trip making it ideal for monitoring a trailer hitch a baby in the back seat or rear cargo. A programmable 12-volt 5-amp switched output and four configurable camera control wires enable flexible setup through the Axxess Updater Program. Integrated VSS vehicle speed sense input and output enhance system awareness while the Micro B USB port supports simple firmware updates.
